Plan on one cup for everyone at the table, and a second for anyone staying longer than an hour. That is close enough for most meetings, and the rest of this is how to adjust it.
Count cups, not people
A coffee box from our catering menu pours twelve 8 oz cups. For a meeting of ten that runs an hour, one box usually covers it: most people take a cup, a few take none, and somebody always comes back for a second.
For a longer meeting, count cups rather than people. A half-day workshop for ten can get through two boxes, because the second round comes after the first break.
Not everyone drinks coffee
Plan for the people who do not, or who have stopped for the day. Decaf comes in its own box, for anyone avoiding caffeine after lunch. The hot tea service brings ten assorted tea bags and hot water, with honey, lemon and sweeteners.
On a hot day
In Mesa, a morning meeting between May and September can want something cold. Cold brew comes by the gallon, ready to drink and good for about ten to twelve cups over ice, with the cups and ice included. Both lunch packages come with a gallon of it.
What comes with a box
Every coffee box comes with cups, lids, sweeteners, whole milk and oat creamer, so there is nothing else to bring.
Food alongside
Coffee on its own suits a short check-in. For anything longer, the Coffee Break package puts a coffee box beside a breakfast bakery sampler, and the Morning Meeting adds breakfast burritos for twelve.
How to order
Everything here is on our catering menu, which says how many people each package serves and how much notice we need. Orders go through ezCater or Foodja, for pickup or delivery.
